Jonny is an entrepreneur, music enthusiast, and trained drummer with a background in music education and management. After leading NLMC, he took ownership of the business and transformed it into one of North London’s leading music schools, shops, and instrument repair centres. His passion for making music accessible and inspiring drives the ethos behind Fusion Music.

Andy comes from a contemporary music background, having studied at a higher level for six years. Passionate about all things electric guitar, he has been building his knowledge since 2009 through time spent with renowned North London luthiers, L.A. Guitars. In 2020, driven by a desire to master every detail of his instrument, Andy took up the apron and began hands-on work in guitar setup, wiring, and woodworking.

Ash is a marketing graduate with a background in graphic design, music production, and sound engineering. Since training with NLMC in 2022, he has developed strong expertise in instrument repairs and servicing, alongside his skills as a pianist and guitarist. In early 2025, Ash released his debut solo project, selling out shows within months.

Ben is a musician, educator, and specialist instrument repair technician with three decades of experience as a saxophonist. A professional member of NAMIR, he is highly skilled in brass and woodwind repairs, having trained at Bern College in Switzerland and later at Merton College in London. Ben has performed internationally in countries including Japan, Dubai, Botswana, and Uganda. He has graced renowned venues such as Ronnie Scott’s, the Jazz Café, and Pizza Express.
